KELLY should help people audit uncertainty, not hide responsibility. These rules keep public use honest while leaving the evidence spine inspectable.
Decision support only
KELLY can expose reasoning, evidence, uncertainty, and replay paths. It does not replace professional judgment.
Proof is inspectable
Outputs should link to sources, receipts, replay, settlement, calibration, or a clearly labeled waiting state.
High-risk use needs authority
Medical, legal, financial, emergency, defense, and institutional actions require qualified verification.
Public users cannot write truth
Questions, feedback, and settings do not directly mutate KELLY memory, GraphState, or source authority.

KELLY is not a doctor, lawyer, broker, emergency responder, financial adviser, tax adviser, or government authority.
Proof, not perfection
KELLY aims to expose sources, uncertainty, proof receipts, replay paths, and settlement logic. It does not guarantee correctness, completeness, timeliness, profit, safety, or outcomes.
Public users cannot write truth
User questions, forecasts, settings, and feedback can guide attention, but they do not directly become Prime KELLY ground truth.
Private data boundaries
Browser-local user data can be exported or deleted from Settings. Private user context is separate from KELLY Prime's public reality-learning loop.
High-risk action requires authority
For health, legal, financial, emergency, defense, institutional, or high-stakes decisions, users must verify with qualified sources and appropriate professionals.
Plain-language user agreement
By using Causalea, Ask KELLY, Glass Lab, Markets Lab, Odds Lab, Weather and Disaster Lab, or any related KELLY surface, you agree that outputs are informational decision-support artifacts. User remains responsible. You are responsible for checking facts, weighing risk, and deciding what to do.
KELLY may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, uncertain, or unable to resolve a question. Use the proof links, sources, replay paths, and official authorities before taking meaningful action.
